We are on a mission to make Traditional Chinese Martial Arts relevant again! The first step is to let more people around the world know about, and learn authentic Chinese Martial Culture. Hence, I started BajiShu. BajiShu is a one-of-a-kind online training platform for Traditional Martial Arts training, specifically in the art of Bajiquan. Founded in 2021 during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown, we now have twelve dedicated classes and over 200 students from around the globe training hard weekly under the BajiShu system. Over the past three years, we established and registered TsángWǔGé Corp, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization known as “The Vault of Martial Culture.” What began with BajiShu has now expanded into four additional online academies: Chángquán Shu (Northern Shaolin Long Fist), HǔngGa Shu, Bagùa Shu, and several cultural Táng Halls dedicated to non-martial knowledge such as Chinese herbal medicine, medicinal cooking, Taichi wellness seminars, and more.

We are moving full force in preserving this thousand-year-old heritage while offering modern people meaningful and effective alternatives for health, culture, and personal development.

It is no easy task to plan, maintain websites, and record each lesson, review homework submissions, and provide individual feedback to the cohorts who put in the effort to train and submit their training progress each week. And I am beyond proud of what we have accomplished here in just three years.

I had a career in the marketing and advertising for over 25 years. I have degrees in Design, Animation, Interactive Media, as well as Film Directing. The artistic side of me takes part in making TCMA relevant. I am designing a variety of TCMA-related apparels, training gear, wall art, and lifestyle products (books to come…). We need your support to help Tsáng Wǔ Gé continue to grow and expand our curriculums and to invite outstanding TCMA masters from all disciplines to host special classes, and share their knowledge.
